All customers who have a valid Support & Maintenance plan have access to the Client Services area. From within that area, our clients can use our technical support forums and download new product updates. Click the Member Login button to login to the client area.

- 4-hour response time (during regular business hours, not including statutory holidays, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Daylight Time)
