Purchasing a support and maintenance plan gives you peace of mind. You can contact our support team when you have a problem or question, and you have access to the latest version of the product at all times during the term of the plan. FuseTalk's support center is located at the head office of FuseTalk in Ottawa, Ontario. Customer support hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. All lines of support are available internationally.
FuseTalk Support and Maintenance Agreement
- 1 year of access to the Client Services Area
- 1 year of access to the FuseTalk support forums
- 1 year of email support
- 1 year of phone support (excludes Basic Edition licensees)
- 1 year of free point releases and/or service packs and major release upgrades
- 4-hour response time (during regular business hours, not including statutory holidays, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Daylight Time)

All customers with a valid support and maintenance plan have access to the client services area, where they can use our technical support forums and download new product updates.
FuseTalk provides support for the current version release of all products, as well as the closest previous release. Although FuseTalk Support may, from time to time, provide some suggestions or advice, support for older versions is not available. FuseTalk cannot provide support on its application if the minimum system requirements, as outlined on our website, are not met.
The source code, while strictly copyrighted and protected by license, allows clients to customize the product's user interface to suit special requirements. FuseTalk's support subscription program does not provide help with customization. For pricing on custom projects and consulting, please contact FuseTalk Sales. Additionally, FuseTalk can provide installation and upgrade services, as well as data migration services. Again, contact the sales department for further details.
