Dominic Plouffe, CEO
Co-founder Dominic Plouffe brings the combined technical experience at FuseTalk Inc. to 20 years. Dominic's IT
background spans managing networks, developing client/server applications, object-oriented programming and developing
Web applications for major players such as Accelio (formerly JetForm). Dominic's interest in online collaboration
is rooted in his work on multiple database-oriented electronic commerce applications, e-learning web sites and
internet magazine web sites.

David Keys, Chairman of the Board
David has a wealth of experience in high-tech corporations and brings that expertise to FuseTalk's Board of Directors. David has been on the senior management teams of a number of major software players. From 1993 to 1999, he held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Fulcrum Technologies Inc., a leader in knowledge management. During this time, David was responsible for Human Resources and acquisitions and led all key negotiations including Fulcrum's IPO, its joint venture with Fujitsu Inc. and its sale to PC DOCS Group International Inc. in 1999. Prior to that, David spent almost four years at Cognos Inc., a well-known leader in business intelligence software tools, as Corporate Counsel. More recently, David was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for World Heart Corporation, a biotechnology company listed on both NASDAQ and the TSE. Since 1999, David has used his experience to consult with and mentor software companies that are ready to move to the next stage of growth.

Gene Rheaume, Chief Financial Officer
With 20 years in finance, Gene Rheaume brings financial depth and expertise to FuseTalk Inc. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and CA certification, Gene has served as Director or CFO with a number of high-technology companies. Most recently, Gene joined the Board of Zim Technologies. An expert in corporate finance and taxation, Gene has developed a solid reputation for helping technology companies build solid financial strategies based on traditional business fundamentals.
